They say that the greatest tragedy in life is not death, but life without a purpose. We all live purposefully to achieve happiness. Even at work, our search for financial security is based entirely on comfortable living and happiness. It is a sad reality that true happiness is really hard to achieve only moments of it can be.

Tibet is a province of China found in the southwest of the country. It is renowned as the gateway of Mount Everest which is our planets tallest mountain through the Everest Base Camp. Religion in this region (Buddhism) is also known to have a strong Tibetan cultural flavor and there are many temples spread through the region.
Some of the Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the region are; Drak Yerpa, Drepung where some of the Dalai Lamas lived and were entombed, Guyantse the monumental stupa, Jokhang Temple in Lhasa, Mount Kaliash in the Tibetan Himalayas, Samye the first monastery in Tibet and the place where Tibetan Buddhism was established, Tashilunpho monastery and Sera monastery among others.
